Talk With Us About Your Key West Property
The phone is how you reach us. One call gets you a free Live Local review. We give you a calm, direct read on whether your property may qualify and what the exemption could be worth.
What happens when you call
We start with the property itself. We ask how many units it has, how many are set aside for residents under the income limits and where you are in the filing calendar. From there we tell you plainly whether the Live Local Act exemption looks likely and what drives the savings. We also lay out the order of the work, from FHFC certification filing to the county DR-504AFH filing and the annual recertification that follows. If something stands in the way, we say so on that first call.
Clients include Coral Rock Development Group and Terra Group, and every one of them started with the same kind of conversation. We have no form, email or walk-in address. Calls are the only route in. If a longer review makes sense, we arrange a follow-up by phone or video to go through your documents together.
Helpful to have on hand before you call
- Have the property address, the parcel number if you know it and the total unit count ready.
- Bring a rough count of units rented to residents at or below the income limits, along with their current rents.
- Have your most recent property tax bill or assessment notice nearby so we can estimate savings.
- Mention any filings already made with FHFC or the county, even if they were incomplete or denied.
